That's not unkind.  He's right.
Who's going to burn it?  I don't think the devs are sitting on billions of xvg.  AFIK this was Doge Dark and it was taken over at some point along the way after it was abandoned.  It would be interesting to see what the actual supply is and how much was lost over the years.
