Binance is good considering it has the least fees among all the exchanges. But the coins listed are not that much as compared to other reputed exchanges which exists from along time. Bittrex is also better option and easy to use as well. But it does require KYC verification which is not their in Binance if your withdrawal is less than 2 btc.
