What happened::
Listed a 1BTC/400CENTS offer and he bargained to 30LTC/400CENTS which I agreed to as I was feeling generous (a.k.a. dumbass) at that time. We also agreed to send in 2 parts and I sent 200 CENTS with transcation ID: e130ec52a1fd00160878dadcbed1e55221bfeae9cbf766cbd6b519d2c63d5f09. He never sent any LTC back and won't respond to PM's even though he is online.
