Cool app but I am not quite sure why there needs to be a pointed effort to eliminate arbitrage.  It will happen on it's own when traders see and take advantage of arbitrage opportunities in the market.  

Maybe you should market your app to "make money from Bitcoin arbitrage opportunities between markets".  That would make more sense to me.
