From my understanding, you will be refunded the method of payment that you used to buy into the ICO to begin with to the original payment address.  Now, it is unclear to me whether or not they will scale the refund to current market prices which could mean a smaller amount coming back to you than when you purchased the coins, but of course the opposite could also be true.
