I was to Ukraine two or three times and here we go:

1) More of less. Just don't go to the far countryside - bet even in your country a drunk rednecks are dangerous
2) Mostly not, but they gotta stare on you sometimes if you're a chocolate boy
3) For foreigners the Ukraine is quite cheap but locals are pretty poor mostly
4) Yes, also you'll get double salary then the locals. Same to probably all slavic countries
5) Start ups are the answer, that hipsers gonna pay you tons of money if you're foreigner


Yeah-yeah, and in your country it's a paradise and you can safely walk with a billion dollars case on the streets. C'mon, that guy did stupid thing and it's obvious he was robbed.
