It has 93 confirmations even though the fee is only 12.786 sats per byte which is pretty low. I don't know if this guy really helped you out.
But assuming with the low fee what's important is that your transaction is confirmed.

Awareness of paying low fees is needed by most of the newbies here in forum, they used to pay low to save more satoshi's but in return they don't know that it can cause them a lot of delay.
