Nothing to be kidding about mate. You are absolutely right. He can buy from an exchange site at a little bit higher amount. And it's advisable to buy now at its early stage cause there is no if the price is going to sky rocket even faster than their ico.

Sometimes people get very lucky and buy it after it has been listed on exchanges for cheaper than ICO prices, I wish I had bought in during the pre ICO, the bonus was 30% so early investors in Titanium are set to make massive gains. I’m very jealous I think a lot of people knew TBIS would do well therefore they have profited handsomely.
