Yes! I mine on hypernova for example (and around ~40-50% of other hypernova miners).
Error(crash) and loss of LTC on hypernova was very similar to what happend with ltcmine. But pools owners reactions and deeds was very different:
- hypernova admins sent e-mails to all miners with exact explanations what happend with pool within few hours (with ltcmine i got "news" from other miners in BTC-E trollbox on next day)
- full normal pool operation(including autowithdraw) was restored in 3-4 days after crash, partial - in 1 day (while Balthazar can not or do not want restart normal pool work 2nd month)
- ALL (not 30% or 50% etc) "frozen" LTC was refunded to my ltc wallet after few hours after i send such request to admin e-mail
So after ~4 days switch to another pool i returned back to hypernova

And now (3 days later) ~ 340 Mh/s. (though it is still less than 50% of the initial Hash rate before crash)
