Recently Telegram developer and it's single owner Pavel Durov ask users to sent him any informations about communities who offer "Gram Token Pre-Sale " etc

He told that all of same groups and communities is a scam!!!
By the way one of that scam pre-sale groups collected 5 millios $ already.
