Your Order page says:

To me that includes the chips. Now does it or doesn't it? I have the $$ I'm interested and I'm spending time trying to figure out what you are selling.

Is this CIH? Or are you waiting on the never-never plan. In the first post it implies that you have some chips in hand. Correct or not?

Be absolutely clear or people will not be happy.

Availability: In Stock

That means -- ready to ship -- all built, no waiting for chips. True or not? I can have it by UPS as fast as they can ship. Right?
