Today's announcement about the Bankera's co-founders buying a bank in Vanuatu jurisdiction probably helped to sell a few dozen million ICO tokens. The announcement about the purchase of the Pacific Private Bank could have been handled better. It left a lot of people mystified, because it's not apparent what role this acquisition will play in Bankera's future. This can be chalked off on your management's young age and inexperience - this time - but given the amount of money involved, you really need to get better at communication. Maybe hire someone with actual (10-15 years) industry experience. Poorly handled communication can really hurt you and stop people from taking you in good faith.
