There was such a question that if through you people make an order and they are deceived, what are your actions in this case?
Money will be frozen via smart-contract. I guess that spoort will do all they can to solve problem and everybody will be satisfied. If customer lied, he won't get money back, if seller didn't send/sent bad quality goods he won't get money!

Deceptions are excluded technically. When you make an order, your amount for that purchase is holding until you confirm a delivery. If delivery wasnt confirmed by you, the merchant will not receive this amount, and smart contract will send your funds back to your balance. Also if there are some other issues, you can complain, and our support team will review your case and make the decision.
