The ETH network is indeed facing speed problems. However it is still safe to transfer funds to the address, process time will just be longer.
We also accept other cryptocurrencies and Paypal as payment options. Wink

That's a very good topic to discuss about! How can you manage such transactions. According to my experience some transactions take hours, and some transactions failed to process after days. How can you solve this problem.

But it's not Daneel team's problem to solve, but Vitalik Buterin's team (IMHO). Using ETHGasStation website to know currect network velocity and gas price works fine in 99% of cases.
