Right, there are some places on ethereum chain that are decentralized, such as etherdelta. Also, the waves dex is decentralized and we are already listed. It's not getting a lot of volume currently but many expect that to change this year with the speed upgrades they put in and their partnerships in the pipeline!
We are waiting a long time for the gateway to ETH.
When will it appear? As far as I know, there is already such an opportunity on other Waves tokens
