Please post change requests or rank requests if hasn't been processed till now. I have personally checked in all in my PM's and thread. It is possible that I might have missed some or deleted some. Let me know if it has happened in your case and I will change the details in sheet as requested.

Also I wouldn't be able to change any change requests/rank requests once sheet is handed over to Utrust team for processing payment.
