He prob does but
1. they sell like hot cakes
2. he has the sorta bug with the double buy at once thing going one which is more likely to happen at lower amounts
3. he makes more money with higher amounts so why do lower ones? He has to pay a $5 for every money pack he buys. so a 20,35,50 isn't worth it wen he can buy 1 $200 one and have that sell, make the $5 he put into the pack + interest from the 7%.
