curious to know if a 4th chain can be connected to the D3 since there is a 4th socket on the controller board.
The S9 only got 3 sockets.

I haven't try this myself, but with the knowledge I have from the code and from the fact that you can connect a board to the 4th connector I am 99% sure this will work. Let me know if your run into an issue. I might be able to help you out
