We plan to update the demo page on Monday with some APIs which people can play around with.
Regarding exchanges, we will announce this nearer the time. I don't consider this to be evasive, nor is it a challenge to list ERC-20 tokens. Our initial focus is on decentralized exchanges as this is much less complicated.
We offer the same guarantees as any other cryptocurrency project, and we will refund the ETH if we do not raise enough funds whereby we consider the project to be viable.

there are quite a few more work points to be done in January (and on) in your roadmap - https://dimensions.network/en/roadmap, could you tell what is being done, when will the demo page be updated with new features?
Why are you evasive about exchanges? No progress or haven't started yet?
You must have a scope and a list of desirable exchanges to work with, don't you?
What sort of guarantees you offer for investors?
Will your project reimburse investments if your project won't fly?
