Decent questions are a good contribution to the community, as good questions generally have good answers - if people see you are willing to learn you will be rewarded
Everyone who contributes to this forum is entitled to rewards, but not all get warranties because sometimes they stay quiet and they do not want to show themselves like by following a signcamp. merit is a solution when someone is properly focused and wants to advance crypto with sincerity without any hope to gain profit. These people are actually worthy of being regarded as the best contributor.
