I mean, if by the time the chips arrive (I'm in the second batch), I just want them to be given/thrown away and don't want the device anymore, will you be able to refund at least anything from the board costs? To put it simple, are there any coins/fiat which haven't been spent yet and can be returned before the batch is put into production?
