Negative Trust on forum account sales should also be removed as Account sales is allowed / Not Forbidden and recently New DT giving Red trust even on asking for bids or information on Auction topic

Need Consideration
Obviously it is right to get red paint as the account sales is not allowed on this forum, don't tell me about the past as the situation is getting worst now. This has to be stop somewhere, or else it will be a free run for the scammers. If someone is inquiring about a particular thing then it means that he is interested in that thing. So what is the need to ask for bids information if you don't have any intend to buy the accounts ?
You know copy pasting is forbidden and it is clearly written in rules.
So Why not clearly states in the Rules : Accounts sales is forbidden. THIS IS NOT WRITTEN IN RULES
