i'd like to add a correction.
I noticed that all three blocks on the explorer having the same number also had the same block hash number.
This was unexpected. I assumed they were different.
More inquiry should be made.

these appear to be different transactions with the same block height

However when you hover over the block height 2645321 it shows the same block hash of:
