You don't have to vote. We did that a long time ago and Stratis is allready for some months available on Binance.

Yes this is correct, it's a vote to open a fiat market with STRAT on Binance. This may allow more volume to the trading.

First, it should enter into binance market inorder to increase it's price, so automatically binance will add to the rest of the market. It is better to start voting and start supporting the Stratis coin.
