Hello. I find that I cannot register on any cryptocurrency exchange site. I am located in Korea. All Korean exchanges are currently halted indefinitely until the government can figure out how to regulate cryptocurrency somehow. I tried registering for the American exchange Coinbase using a VPN but that isn't working either. Can anyone give me any ideas of what I can do to register on an exchange?

Some large exchanges are generally for the world, for example,
www.poloniex.com and
www.binance.com support your authentication, so you can not worry that no exchange can be for you to trade
