Hello. I find that I cannot register on any cryptocurrency exchange site. I am located in Korea. All Korean exchanges are currently halted indefinitely until the government can figure out how to regulate cryptocurrency somehow. I tried registering for the American exchange Coinbase using a VPN but that isn't working either. Can anyone give me any ideas of what I can do to register on an exchange?

Try other trusted exchanges like Binance or Poloniex etc. but if that does not work then I agree with them just hope that South Korea government will have a favorable decision about crypto currency. Actually not only South Koreans are waiting for their decision but the whole world because their decision will surely have a n impact in crypto currency market.
