Turn your back on the forum for 2 hours and *BAM* tons of problems.
BenTuras you need to terminate the CAN-BUS on both ends, there have to be two jumpers placed on the pins next to the LEDs.
read my mail for details.
You can also power 2 boards with just one single power cord by connecting the second one via standard wires:
Cool... thats my route then... easy way.
Edit: How many boards can i connect this way? Theoretically so much like the 12A-connector from the psu can deliver?
Bridging 2 Boards like that is safe.
If you are not doing heavy overclocking you could do 3 but i would not recommend it.
Use 1.5mm^2 or thicker SOLID copper cable for the bridges.I am currently working on the Instructions manual. I would run them at nearly 100W each... i guess its a good way to save at least some parts. I wonder what would be the risk when a psu has for example 400W at one 12A line and i would power one board directly and 3 others with cables? I could use 3mm speaker cables if that helps...
