I am sorry that you may not read this thread carefully, ASCH has finished its ICO more than one year ago, there is no more ICO for this project, Also, the Dapps based on this project is no ICO stage because of the Chinese law.
It looks like he posts that sentence across all bitcointalk boards. He either just does it for the sake of posting or he is advertising his own project in a very inefficient and amateurish way
