The question is if Byteball should cynically exploit that and switching to Megabytes on exchanges and CMC or just not caring at all, thus selecting an user base of better quality.

Tony has made his views very clear on this. He is not going to try and switch the unit, just because a lot of newbie investors might start investing in Byteball. There may be a lot of gullible investors in the crypto world, but we shouldn't be taking advantage of them.

I do not mean a specific decision but generally. If we not aggressive then we lost against other coins, we are in a free market and there not win the smartest projects but the ones with the loudest marketing and the biggest investors. the mass of people are stupid, that has always been so. Never try to re-educate your customers and there is no price for the fairness project. these are my experiences of the last 20 years.
