Yes, your Drillbit boards will happily coexist with other ASICs. We are still in the process of sorting out the firmware, so i will have more details about how it will actually run in the coming weeks. We are aiming to make it as plug and play as we can, so mining through cgminer will work just like mining with another ASIC. We are also looking at a standalone GUI to give you direct control over various parts of the board, allowing you to eaily adjust voltage and overclocking of the chips.
