YES it is a good time while the price of BTC is still low, but sad to say here in Bitcoin forum it is hard to rank up now because of the "MERIT" but for you as a newbie is OK until Jr. Member but if you rank up from Jr. Member to Member it is hard cause you need to earn 10 merits form higher ranks and it must be High quality post to earn  Merit.
