I think your approach is a bit crazy and irrational. I do not advise anyone to invest all their property in one currency. It is too risky to do so because all investments are risky.
Yes its true. Its too risky to sell your own house just to invest in bitcoin. I suggest not to use money from the house, instead use other if you have other funds.
