I'm trying to post an ANN in Local (Other languages) section of the forum. There is no Start Topic button in this section!
I have more than 10 Activity points, so it shouldn't be a restriction because of that.
What can I do?
Also, in that section, it's written that "anslated announcements are prohibited unless locally relevant. "
where should I post the ANNs then?
