Yeah you can buy it now if you want it's listed on Idex, Tidex and EtherDelta, its actually quite a good time to invest because the price is down a lot, last time I looked Titanium was trading at $1.64

You can always get it off EtherDelta. Just keep an out and as Cryptossi said this is the best time to invest. It is currently at 1.70; there has been a drop recently in most currencies you might want to act fast.
