Per that rule: Not really. They are similar to signature campaign applications. Should they be disallowed? Absolutely. Services, can and should move the registrations off of the forum to avoid unnecessary spam.
You aren't seeing what I'm actually talking about.

These are not applications. These are report updates. Meaning, they are posted every week to bump the thread and share links to their participation in the campaign.

This is not something done once by one person. This is done by every Facebook/Twitter campaign participant every week to keep the thread alive. If that's not incentivization to post in the thread then I don't know what is.

Maybe we should start with you pisshead absuing the trust system calling people scammers who have not broken any forum rules.Asking for loan without colleteral is not against any rule.Buying accounts is not against any rule and still you pisshead call everyone a scammer.The only scammer here is you with your daily interrest which should bring you to jail and nothing more
