Did you store it on coincheck? If so, there's a news in Japan that $530 lost due to hacking $530 million lost in hack of Japan cryptocurrency exchange.
I don't think that they will refund that amount of money if the amount lost is $530 million but OP needs to clarify if he's one of the victim.
