This coin is still very young and the dev has experience and is active. The additional premine is used for listing and promoting the coin which we know is expensive.  Soon it will be listed on the big exchanges and the demand will go up as it has good support and a decent road map. This coin is better than a lot of other coins out there which are sold for 10 to 100 usd.
