OH - and the wallets have not been modified - especially not the exchanges like Bill is accusing. That is false.
What was sent to the exchange?
As has been said, nothing was sent.
It was likely 51%-attacks. Most likely, the exchanges were the victims, too.
For the PAC network, the exchanges are simply another wallet clients having a lot transactions which have to be sorted out by them, including preventing the attackers from spending or running away with the "double-spent" PAC's. That's why the exchange had to put the wallets under maintenance. The exchanges with less PAC transactions should have had emerged from the maintenance mode sooner. A lot of works had to be done @every exchange. In the end, someone still has to cover the shortfall. Therefore, a lot of accusations to any entities are completely unfounded.

Looking forward to new PAC thread.
The party is just beginning.

We will be starting a new Bitcointalk thread on Feb 1st for the new $PAC. Sorry I don't have time to be here regularly - we will be here more on Feb 1st. Our main support channel is Discord. There is also a helpdesk starting next in a few days as well. My inbox is unmanageable.
