Oh please don't make more misinformation. The BCC as a program got two cease and desist orders coming from two states...that is not a lawsuit and since the company complied and stopped their so-called lending operation which was the main focus of this whole thing then all things are academic right now. What will happen to the exchange is subject to anyone's guess but I am sure it can be an uphill battle. The people behind this program will be tested and I am hoping they will make it for the sake of many members who trusted them.
