And what is the advantage of Utrust versus Crypterium ? Or Monaco? Or Ripple (going in the basic consumer market in addition to "bank-bank" transactions) ? Or Elixir? Or .... so many dudes;

Utrust is like a fast payment gateway (for people). Crypterium is like a bank with a lot of functions (for people). Ripple is like a bridge with which you can't do anything (it's needed for banks and large institutions). Different projects for different purposes. You won't find a project that is good in everything. Utrust as a payment gateway will be definitely better than Crypterium but it will not be better as a bank. That is obvious.
Although they are similar I think it's a different thing, they are very much different and have and very different goals.
They are here to be provide additional payment options, not to replace all of somehow similar to them
