I am a newbie and honestly didnt know at first what to do with my account. I was disabled once, pay a small amount of bitcoin to lift my disabled status. But now again I am disabled what should I do?

The first thing that you should do is read the pined messages on every section, to educate your self the basic learning that newbie need to know first. Secondly is post with quality and by that you will be save for the next possible banned. Need some advice and guidance.
