Current lack of players on the Poker platform.  Might need to start staging week night, or weekend poker tourney's with a prize for the winner.  Need to find some way to stimulate trade of Poker coin between individuals, get it out into hands.  Maybe a 5000 poker coin bonus for signing up in the Poker room, but would need to find a way to limit it by ip address to stop people from milking the system.  Or maybe a 500 poker coin bonus for playing at your first table, ect.   

My best idea would be the development of a mobile app for the poker platform where Poker coin is the currency you play in.  You could have in app purchases to buy Poker coin (thus setting the price based on fiat), or allow people to fill their app wallets with their own poker coin (from mining or buying on exchanges).  This way you appeal to new users who don't know jack about crypto and seasoned individuals who mine and trade crypto.  You could give a set amount of Poker coin on new accounts (like a crack dealer giving free samples) to get people playing.  (this is what a good rum and coke helps you come up with)
