Uhh, you should read the fine print before placing an order. If you disagree with the fine print, don't place an order.

That said, if I ran a business which started accepting Bitcoin, I would be doing everything in my power to please Bitcoin customers (those who pay with real money). Guaranteed same (or next day in the case of late orders) shipping for any customers paying with real money!
Maybe you didn't read the dates I posted. My order wasn't shipped for 20 days after I ordered. That is hardly the fine print of 3-5 days. Then it was shipped ups ground took another week. UPS ground wasn't even a shipping option! I paid for priority shipping. My order wasn't small it was well over 7K$
Hell I even ordered silver from bitcoincommodities and it shipped from Germany and got here in 1 week. Theres just no excuse.
