Excluding the first two addresses, 98 addresses hold +/- 87% of the distributed tokens at the moment. It was more btw.

What happened at the token sale? Is it that OCN distributed their tokens without giving a /care to what happens to them? Because a few individuals have acquired almost all of these tokens, and are now distributing them as they like at the price they like.

Only 1-2% of the circulating amount has transferred to other token holder addressees than the top 100 since the introduction of the coin. With the trading volume on Gate.io that is only possible if the largest transfers are between the top token holders themselves, or by buying-selling-buying-selling-etc / pump&dump (manipulating the trading volume).
