Please do following steps
(1) Backing up your wallet. this step is very important, forgetting to do this might lead to losing all of your coins in your current wallet.
(2) Going to the folder at %appdata\roaming\lizus, and adding those nodes to the lizus.conf file
Saving the file
(3) Deleting all files in the previous folder, except lizus.conf file
(4) Runnning wallet again
(5) replacing wallet.dat in the folder by your backup file
(6) Running wallet again, let them time to sync
