I think the idea and concept behind most of these projects are very good and a lot are original.  If you think about it, anything associated with health care, child care or help for the needy, regardless of country would be huge.  Unfortunately a large percentage of the projects are scams or the dev team does not follow through.  I don't have the skill or I would seriously consider picking up one or two of these projects.
