I just looked through both of their profiles, it seems to me that there is not enough information to conclude that they are the same person and you very well may be harming the reputation of a completely different person that had nothing to do with your deal
I'm not harming a innocent person. Its the same person. What your failing to realize is, they done the same thing with me, I just quit trying to find a escrow for such a low trade. I watched the trust, comments, activity of the account unwittingly so once I seen that this new thread popped up, just coincidently at the same time they did their in public transaction
