If you want to move crypto at cheap rate, or actually at no rate at all, use GAS (NeoGas). The transaction fee of GAS is so low it doesn't affect the transaction. The decimals required for the transaction fee aren't even included the amount of decimals used I think.
It requires a Neo wallet though.
