Yes, exactly, I was just checking on Cobinhood and current prices for buying are ridicoulous cheap. The thing is that there is little movement in Cobinhood on buying/selling NGC with BTC or ETH so from time to time you can get some real bargains (some buys in 0.0008 ETH). I encourage people, if they don't like HitTBC, to register in Cobinhood. I think it works quite well.
