XVP is too young and doesn't have a good promotion program. There is a lack of professional people in the community. You have to be patient, at some point they will appear.

Also, the community is disorganized and has no leadership. I don't know how, but we need a form of Leadership. I've tried something similar in the past, but failed. Any suggestion is welcome.
